| Let me take a minute of your time to be racist here. I went to a Japanese restaurant the other night and there was a white guy running it and a white cook..call me old fashioned but when I order Japanese food I want a little Asiatic involvement. When I go to a basketball game I don't expect to see white guys scoring any points, at a swim meet I know there'll be no Indians taking records in the butterfly..I hold no hope of ever understanding directions given to me in Glasgow, nor do I expect 2 hours of belly laughs from a show called worlds funniest Belgians ..but I need that feeling of authenticity when I go to a restaurant that tells me the man who owns the store can actually translate the menu for me.
